Sharing and Caring — An Open and Affirming House of God

Sharing and Caring

Ramona Avenue Christian Church has been worshiping in and serving the La Verne/San Dimas community for over 100 years. In addition to our worshiping community, we host two preschools and other worshiping communities on campus.
We share our lives with one another in formal and informal ways: encouraging one another, serving our community, and praying for our world.

Open and Affirming

We take seriously the radical inclusiveness of Jesus’ ministry as a community that embraces all of God’s children, regardless of background or circumstance.
We are an Open and Affirming congregation, grounded in the call of Jesus to abundant life and an open table. We welcome all, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or sexual identity, disability, or station in life.

House of God

We at Ramona Avenue Christian Church see ourselves as a small part of the movement of God across the world and through time. Our worship together centers around Jesus’ open table, high quality music, and sound preaching.
We are a praying community, knowing that God listens and responds to the cries of God’s people. We rejoice regularly in the ways that God responds to our prayers in tangible ways.
